Unlike thermoforming or blow molding where corners thin out, rotomolding naturally distributes heavier material wall thicknesses to outer edges and radii, significantly enhancing structural integrity where impacts occur.

Embed brass, stainless steel, or aluminum threaded inserts, structural stiffeners, and graphics directly into the molten wall during the cycle, eliminating costly post-mold adhesive operations or secondary tapping.
