Rapid Aluminum or Composite Tooling

We machine molds from cast aluminum billets or specialized temperature-resistant polyurethane resin with integrated vacuum ports and heating channels to guarantee uniform heat transfer.

Sheet Heating, Forming & Pressure Assist

Extruded plastic sheets (ABS, PC, HIPS, HDPE) are clamped and heated via infrared ceramic heaters to optimal forming temperature, then formed against the mold via high-volume vacuum or pressure assist.
